Return Standards

  • Products must be unused, with all original packaging and components.

  • Include the original receipt or order confirmation with your request.

Refund Timelines Once returned products are inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Final sale merchandise

  • Special-order configurations

Faulty or Incorrect Shipments If your item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a refund or ship a corrected replacement.
